July 1, 2017 Pitt-Greensburg picks Purple Raider Pitt-Greensburg selected Brody Jackson, an assistant coach at Mount Union, to be its new head men's basketball coach. He replaces Sean Strickland who was let go earlier this summer.
December 11, 2010 Bobcats down Hilbert earn first conference victory GREENSBURG, PA- David Palmer (Pittsburgh, PA/Westinghouse) led all scorers with 22 points and the Bobcats used a huge early second half run to defeat Hilbert College 85-60 Saturday evening in Chambers Hall. UPG picks up their first conference win of the season, improving to 1-3 heading into the holiday break.
