Megan Campbell Named ECAC Division III Metro First Team All-Star

Centerville, MA --- Brooklyn College senior forward Megan Campbell has been named a 2013-2014 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Metro Women's Basketball First Team All-Star, as voted on by the head coaches within the ECAC Division III Metro Women's Basketball membership.
 
The post-season honors keep rolling in for Campbell, as the Tobyhanna, PA native was named a City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) First Team All-Star, a Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association (MBWA) All-Met Second Team member and a D3hoops.com Women's Basketball All-Atlantic Region Third Team selection.
 
During the 2013-2014 campaign, Campbell made an immediate impact in her first and only season at BC, as the Seton Hill University transfer averaged 14.7 points-per-game, to go along with 7.5 rebounds and 1.7 blocks-per-game. Campbell led the Bulldogs in scoring, rebounding, blocks and minutes played, while appearing in all 30 games on the season and making 28 starts. She also recorded seven double-doubles on the year.
 
Campbell played a key role in helping the Bulldogs (22-8 Overall / 12-4 CUNYAC) secure its third straight 20-win season, its sixth straight appearance in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Metro Championships and second straight runner-up finish in the ECAC Metro championships.
