Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College Bulldogs (11-8, 8-2 CUNYAC) got contributions from each of their 12 players who entered the game on Wednesday evening as they controlled the contest from start to finish, defeating Medgar Evers 67-34 (4-15, 1-9 CUNYAC).
Brooklyn's freshman guard Zoe Randolph scored a team-high and a personal career-high 10 pionts in the win. Ashley Allen had game-highs of nine assists and four steals for BC as well.
BC started the game on a 7-0 run as Elisha Raiford and Ariel Smith converted on layups before Lauren Plagainos knocked down a long-range three.
The Bulldogs would never trail in this game and all 12 players who entered the game for Brooklyn saw at least 12 minutes of action.
BC took a 25-point halftime advantage into the locker room and led by as many as 37, 54-17, with 9:29 to go in the contest.
Medgar Evers was led by Brooke Harris who scored 13 points.
The win extends Brooklyn's winning streak to three games and gives them a one and a half game lead atop the CUNYAC South Division standings.
The Bulldogs will be back in action on Saturday as they travel to Richard Stockton College to take on the Ospreys in a 1:00 pm affair, while Medgar will host York on Friday at 6:00 pm.
The BC Women will return home next Wednesday as they host York in a game that could determine the winner of the CUNYAC South Division.
