MSOE women's basketball downed by Lake Forest

Despite 19 points from junior Carol Cayo, the Raiders fell to Lake Forest 66-50 Wednesday night on the road. Cayo shot 7-12 from the field and is now 20-29 on the season. She also led MSOE with eight rebounds and five assists. 

Sophomore Heather Miller scored a career-high 14 points on 4-4 shooting from the field and was 2-2 from three-point range. Miller grabbed seven rebounds against the Foresters. 

The Raiders (1-1) host Benedictine in the team's first NAC game Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at the Kern Center.
