MADISON, WI - The Benedictine University men's basketball team capped a perfect week by logging a road win in Wisconsin at Edgewood College.

• Benedictine led 7-2 early following a three-pointer from Kyle Graebner before a back-and-forth half
• Collin Mergl posted a huge first half, tallying 12 straight points for Benedictine as the team led 26-14 with 7:25 left in the half
• Benedictine held a 41-29 lead at the half
• Edgewood cut the lead down to five in the second half and kept the deficit within single digits before an 8-0 run opened with two free throws from Eric Grygo made the score 60-47 with 11:20 to go in the game
• Benedictine scored six straight, the last four of which came from Grygo as the lead reached 19 with five minutes remaining
• Edgewood scored 11 in a row late to battle within eight points and kept fighting, scoring eight points in the final 30 seconds to pull within the final margin

• Benedictine finished +15 on the glass with a 35-20 edge
• Mergl had a huge game, shattering a career best by pouring in 23 points off the bench in 25 minutes of action
• Eric Grygo logged a double-double with 22 points and 13 rebounds to go with six assists as Benedictine dished out 19
• Grygo owns six double-doubles on the year including three straight while ranking third in the conference in scoring, second in rebounding and second in field goal percentage
• Graebner tallied 17 points with five assists, connecting on four three-pointers
• Graebner owns eight consecutive games with double figures
