CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. – The Cabrini men's basketball team rebounded from Saturday's first CSAC loss to score a resounding 97-60 victory at Baptist Bible College.  With the victory, the Cavaliers improve to 6-5 overall and 3-1 in the league.

Four Cavaliers scored in double figures in the win, led by senior Vinny Walls.  The senior hit a career high six three pointers en route to a 31 point night, to go with six rebounds and a pair of steals.  Freshman Jair Green added 16 points on 8-11 shooting and seven boards.

Senior Howard Blake III added 15 points and five assists, while junior Ryan Charity tallied a career best 11 points.

Freshman Tyheim Monroe and junior Sean Mayo controlled the glass, reaching career highs with 15 and 10 rebounds, respectively.

The Cavaliers jumped ahead early, as a pair of Walls' three pointers and a Green dunk gave Cabrini an 8-2 advantage.  While the Defenders tried to keep the game close, the Blue and White used an 18-0 run over 5:18 midway through the opening stanza to build a comfortable 38-14 cushion.

Walls' sixth three pointer of the opening half sent the Blue and White into the halftime break with a 48-29 lead.

Baptist Bible cut its deficit to 14 points early in the second half, but the Cavaliers again had an answer, using a 16-1 run to extend its lead to 66-37 on a jumper by sophomore Kane McGovern.

Freshman Jordan Brooks notched a season high eight points, as did McGovern, who finished with seven.

Dan Decker led Baptist Bible (0-9, 0-3 CSAC) with 17 points.  Adam Brinkley paired 12 points and nine rebounds, while Joe Chupick added 10 points.

The Blue and White will return to Nerney Field House on Wednesday, as it welcomes Immaculata (5-5, 3-0 CSAC) to campus.  The ball goes up at 6:30 p.m.
