A UNE three-pointer in the early-going cut the Keene State cushion to 5-3, before the hosts recorded the next 15 points to assume control of the match. Five different players got into the scoring column during the stretch.

D'Amours took over for a period of 3:21 as the first half progressed, reeling off 13 straight points for the Owls to get the lead up over 20 (38-16). Keene State shot 50 percent from the floor and hit six treys in the opening frame to hold a 46-22 edge at the break.

Mains scored 11 of his 16 after halftime for the Nor'easters, who face Colby-Sawyer College on Saturday at 5 p.m.

The Owls will meet St. Lawrence University at 7 p.m. to conclude the event.
