The Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) and Beyond Sports announced the rosters for the inaugural Division III women's basketball all-star game. The game will take place at Roanoke College's Cregger Center on Saturday, March 16 at 5 pm ET, directly before the national championship game.

The players were selected by a committee of Division III women's basketball coaches who are members of the WBCA. Eligibility is limited to seniors who have completed their college playing career.
Team Manning, which will be coached by Williams head coach Pat Manning, will consist of:
- Kendahl Adams, Westminster (Mo.)
- Jade Aponte, Hunter
- Francesca Buchanan, Hope
- Brandi Dawson, Trine
- Jaryn Fajardo, Chapman
- Olivia Freckman, UW-Whitewater
- Madeline Homoly, Washington U.
- Maya Howard, DePauw
- Dani Kissel, Otterbein
- Maddie Merritt, Illinois Wesleyan
Team Strong, which will be coached for former Scranton head coach Mike Strong, will consist of:
- Lindsay Bettke, SUNY New Paltz
- Taylor Blevins, Emory and Henry
- Nakira Examond, Mass-Dartmouth
- Bryce Frank, Austin
- Jayla Harris, Virginia Wesleyan
- Jacqueline Knapp, Tufts
- Kelsi McNamara, St. Joseph's (Maine)
- Mia Morrison, William Smith
- Ashley Oldshue, Emory
- Alecia Rohrer, Messiah
Four other players were selected for the initial roster, but will not participate because their teams are playing in the national semifinals -- Bridgette Mann of Scranton; Lucia Renikoff and Hannah Spaulding of St. Thomas; and Madison Temple of Thomas More.
