For the second time this season, Nic Frink was named MCBSA Rookie of the Week. In four games last week, Fink hit .389 (7-18) with four runs, a triple, two home runs, and five RBI while slugging .833 and posting a .421 OBP. The freshman catcher is riding a seven-game hitting streak and has recorded at least one knock in 12 of the Monks’ 13 games – including six multiple-hit efforts - so far this spring.
