Women's
Shayne Smith
Smith averaged 32 points, seven rebounds, and six assists over two games, recording her first double-double against Lawrence, including a career-high 36 points (one short of the school record), including all 13 of Monmouth's points in the final period. She shot 65 percent from the floor on the week to go along with four steals, leading the team to a 2-0 record.
Kathleen Wilson
Wilson averaged 22 points, five rebounds, and three assists per game while shooting 65 percent overall and 70 percent from 3-point range. She helped erase a 15-point deficit in a 60-56 comeback win over Rhodes and scored 22 points (4-for-5 from three), including eight of the team's 10 overtime points in a 60-58 loss to Hendrix.
Maddie Hasson
Hasson enjoyed a phenomenal weekend in a pair of road NESCAC wins, averaging 23 points, nine rebounds, and hitting on 76 percent of her shots. Hasson scored 25 points and ten boards against Bates, before totaling a game-high 21 points with seven rebounds, hitting on 9-of-11 from the field, at No. 4 Tufts on Saturday.
Delanei Stephens
Stephens posted two straight double-doubles while leading the Eagles to a 2-0 record and the program's best conference start since the 2005-06 season. Stephens had 12 points, 10 rebounds, and four assists against Howard Payne. Stephens wrapped up the week with a 27-point, 14-rebound performance against Sul Ross State.
Payton Ouimette
Ouimette averaged 20 points, 16 rebounds, and three assists as Babson extended its winning streak to eight with a pair of victories. The senior forward had 20 points on 8-of-12 shooting in Monday's 85-77 win over Mass-Dartmouth and followed it up with 20 points, a career-high 22 boards, and five assists in a 75-67 victory at Clark on Saturday.
Men's
Ryan Clamage
Clamage scored a total of 37 points over two victories as the Rochester men's team pushed its record to 11-1 on the season. On Wednesday at Catholic, a 68-60 UR win, Clamage scored 15 points on 5-for-9 shooting adding eight rebounds and five assists. On Saturday in the UAA opener against Emory, another UR win (87-76), he scored 22 points on 7-of-11 shooting, with seven rebounds and four assists. Overall for the week, he was 12-for-20 from the floor (60 percent), 4-for-12 from 3-point range (33 percent), 9-for-12 from the FT line (75 percent), adding 15 rebounds, nine assists and only one turnover.
Mitch Pelissier
Pelissier averaged 33 points last week and has scored 26 points or more in his last four consecutive games. Pelissier dropped a career-high 40 points en route to a 103-92 overtime victory over rival Dominican. With a 40-point game on Saturday, Pelissier marked the first time a Cougar has reached that mark in more than two decades.
Tony Diemer
Diemer led the Regents to a perfect 2-0 record in NACC play last week, scoring 20 points, with 10 rebounds, and five assists in Rockford's 99-79 win over Lakeland. He then poured in 32 points on 12-for-18 shooting, with eight rebounds, four assists, and a steal in Rockford's 108-102 overtime win against Aurora. The win gave Rockford its first regular season sweep over Aurora since 2002-03. For the week, Diemer averaged 26 points on 50.0 percent shooting from the floor.
Will Carius
Carius rewrote Monmouth's record book on the way to averaging 45 points and 13 rebounds per game while hitting 33-of-50 (66 percent) from the floor. The junior forward opened with a single-game record 62 points in a 116-88 win over Grinnell last Wednesday, hitting 24 of 24 two-point baskets, and hauling in 18 rebounds while helping to hold GC to its lowest scoring output of the season. Carius followed with a 28-point performance in Saturday's 60-56 loss at Lawrence.
Ryan Garver
Garver averaged 24 points, seven rebounds, six assists, and five steals in two Prairie Wolves victories, while shooting 68 percent from field and perfect 10-for-10 at the free throw line. He played all 40 minutes in a win over No. 20 Loras, scoring a season-high 25 points with seven assists, six rebounds, and three steals, then scored 23 points, with eight rebounds and six steals in a win against Buena Vista.
