Women's

Abby Miller

Abby Miller ignited Bethel in both their wins this past week, which included a 66-64 victory over No. 20 Gustavus. Miller, who stands 5-3, shot 14-of-22 (.636) from the floor, 7-of-12 (58.3) from downtown, and 7-of-8 (.875) from the foul line. She scored 21 points in both games, but she really made her presence known with 14 points in a six-minute span of the fourth quarter against Gustavus.

Ama Biney
Biney averaged 21 points, nine rebounds, five assists, and four steals per game in a 2-1 week for WPI (the loss being in OT on the road at MIT, in which she played 42 minutes). She shot 55% from the field and led the team in nearly every statistical category in all three games.

Catherine Sweeney
Worcester State University's sophomore guard capped off a 1-2 week for the Lancers with a triple-double of 13 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists with three blocks and a steal in a 63-52 win over MCLA on Saturday. Earlier in the week, Sweeney put up six points with 15 rebounds, four steals and three assists against one of the top teams in the country, Tufts, and chipped in five points with 10 rebounds and six assists in the setback to Framingham State. Overall this week, Sweeney averaged eight points, 12.7 rebounds, 6.7 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.3 blocks. She shot 60% (9-15) from the field and 75% (6-8) from the charity stripe.

Katie Sire
Sire, named the NJAC Player of the Week for the fourth time this season, continued her outstanding play this season helping No. 23 MSU (14-1) stretch its win streak to 12 games while finishing the first half of the NJAC schedule at 9-0. Sire averaged 23,5 points, 6.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 3.5 steals while shooting .516 from the field (.444/ 4-of-9 from 3pt. range) and 11-of-13 (.846) at the foul line. Sire had 23 points and nine rebounds along four assists and two steals in a 62-47 win at Rutgers-Camden. She then scored 24 points, including six in a late-game run as Montclair got past TCNJ, 54-51. Sire had four rebounds, four assists and five steals in the victory.

Payton Ouimette
Ouimette racked up three more double-doubles while shooting 58.8 percent and averaging 16.0 points and 15.0 rebounds over three games. She put up 18 points and 17 boards in a 45-minute effort against Smith and followed it up with 14 points on 7-of-9 shooting to go along with 16 rebounds in a six-point win over Wellesley. Ouimette capped the week with 16 points and 12 boards in just 24 minutes as Babson defeated Clark, 82-56.

Men's

Trevaughn Goodman
Goodman highlighted his week with a triple-double while pouring in the third most points in conference history. Goodman netted 43 points, on 16-of-18 shooting, against Greenville while also grabbing 15 rebounds and dishing 14 assists. He also picked up three steals and two blocked shots in the game. Goodman followed with 23 points and five assists while leading Principia to a win over Fontbonne. On the week Goodman averaged 33.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 9.5 assists while shooting 80-percent from the field. TreVaughn tied the Principia College school record for points in a game for points in a game with 43 and broke the school record with 14 assists.

Keith Brown
Brown guided Endicott to a 1-1 record by averaging 40.5 points per game (51.9 FG%), 7.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 steals in games against Gordon (L, 105-98, OT) and Roger Williams (W, 114-109, 2OT) last week. In Endicott's victory over Roger Williams, Brown poured in an Endicott program record and CCC record 53 points on 18-for-34 shooting (52.9%). Brown's 53 points are also the third highest total in a single-game this season across all three NCAA Divisions (three highest totals all in D3). Brown also added eight rebounds, two assists, and three steals in the Gulls' win over Roger Williams.

Ty Nichols
Nichols led the Owls to a pair of blowout conference wins last week, scoring 14 points with four rebounds and four assists on 70% shooting from the field against Western Connecticut State, then adding a season high 30 points with a career high 11 boards, along with seven assists and four steals against UMass Dartmouth.

Josh Freund
Freund was named ODAC Player of the Week after leading RC to a 1-1 week. He averaged 31.5 points and 13.0 rebounds in a pair of games. He made 67.6% of his shots, connecting on 25-of-37 field goal attempts. He was also a perfect 13 of 13 from the free-throw line. Head 33 points and 17 rebounds against Emory and Henry then followed that with 30 points and nine boards in a win over Virginia Wesleyan.

Ryan Bruns
Bruns had a had career-highs of 41 points and 17 rebounds in a 108-87 win over Muskingum and had 21 points and 6 rebounds in an 80-73 win at #25 Baldwin Wallace. He averaged 32 points, 12 rebounds, and three blocks on the week, shooting 64% from the floor.
