Women's

Jordan McDaniel

Mary Kate Cusack
Cusack averaged 24 points per game this weekend, shooting 61.1 percent from the 3-point line in Fisher's back-to-back victories against Hartwick and Stevens. She also had nine assists and just three turnovers. Against Hartwick she went a perfect 5-for-5 from the free-throw line and went 7-for-13 from field goal range, and tallied six assists. The following day vs. Stevens she went 6-for-10 from beyond the arc, and a perfect 6-for-6 from the foul line.

Sydney Moss
Moss closed out the Saints' regular season strong, averaging 28.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.5 steals per game while shooting 60.4 percent (32-of-53) from the floor and 51.7 percent (15-of-29) from 3-point range during their 3-0 week. She finished with 30 points in Saturday's regular-season finale against St. Vincent, becoming the PAC's women's basketball career scoring leader with 2,103 points during her time at Thomas More.

Lisa Murphy
Murphy led the Tartans to two home victories averaging 29.5 points, 13.0 rebounds and 3.5 blocks during the week. She tallied 32 points and nine rebounds in a 70-62 win against Emory before scoring 27 and grabbing 17 rebounds in a 95-89 win against Rochester. Murphy made 11 baskets from the field in both games while shooting 83.3% (15-18) from the free throw line, making all five attempts against the Yellowjackets.

Taylor Russell
Russell capped her McMurry career with a pair of double-double games, averaging 22.0 points, 12.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game. Shee shot 46.4 percent from the floor and 94.4 percent from the free throw stripe. Russell finished her senior season with 17 double-doubles, as well as 22 of 24 games with double-figure scoring and 19 contests with double-digit rebounds.

Kelsey Tietje
Tietje recorded her 15th and 16th double-double of the season with a 30-point, 15 rebound effort in win against Manchester and followed that up with a 20-point, 20-rebound performance against Rose-Hulman. She surpassed the 30-point plateau for the third time this season. Her 20 rebounds marked the second time in her career with 20 or more boards.

Men's

Anthony Maestre
Maestre averaged 25.5 points on 58.8 percent shooting, 6.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 2.0 steals per game in a pair of games against MAC Freedom tournament teams last week. The senior had 18 points and a game-high seven assists in a 77-75 loss to DeSales on Tuesday, and then went for a career-high 33 points on 13-of-16 shooting (including 6-of-6 from beyond the arc), six assists and five rebounds on Saturday against Misericordia.

Matt Clark
Clark set career scoring highs in back-to-back games against the two top teams in the UAA standings for the Spartans. Clark averaged 30.5 points over the two games, shooting 50.0% (18-for-36) from the field, 52.2% (12-for-23) from long range, and 92.9% (12-for-13) from the free throw line. He added 5.0 rebounds per game with two assists, three steals and a block. On Friday, in a 99-92 loss to Rochester, Clark scored 28 points on a 9-for-19 effort from the floor, collecting five rebounds, two assists and a steal. On Sunday, he led the Spartans to an 88-78 win over Emory, scoring 33 points on a 9-of-17 shooting performance, and tied a school record with seven 3-pointers.

Lee Gardner
Gardner averaged 37.0 points in two games last week, while adding 11.0 rebounds. He scored a single-game school record 50 points against Alma. Gardner shot 9-for-18 from 3-point range and 27-for-44 from the floor, for 61.4 percent.

Erik Fisher
Fisher averaged 28.0 points and 12.5 rebounds per game in a 2-0 week while shooting 60.6 percent from the floor. He poured in a career-high 36 points while grabbing 10 rebounds in a win at Hood Tuesday night, going 7-for-10 from 3-point land.

Jordan McDaniel
McDaniel averaged 31 points and eight rebounds as Rutgers-Newark went 2-0 last week, earning a 95-94 double overtime win over Ramapo in the regular-season finale and a 78-52 rout of William Paterson in the first round of the NJAC tournament. McDaniel poured in a career- and NJAC-season-high 44 points on 15-of-23 shooting, including 4-for-9 from 3-point range and 10-for-12 at the line in the win over Ramapo. He added 10 rebounds for a double-double and his driving layup with four seconds left in the second overtime proved to be the game-winner. He then scored a game-high 18 points vs. Paterson, adding six rebounds. McDaniel scored 62 points in all, needing just 37 total shots to do it. He went 6-for-13 from 3-point range (46 percent), 12-for-15 at the line (80 percent) and shot 59 percent from the field (22-for-37).
