Quarry Greenaway
Greenaway averaged 33.5 points and 10.0 rebounds in a 1-1 week for the No. 14 Wildcats. After registering 32 points (on 12-for-19 shooting) and 12 rebounds in JWU's second league victory over Lasell in as many weeks, he totaled 35 points (15-for-26), eight boards and four assists against Albertus Magnus. He shot 60 percent (27-for-45 from the floor) overall and was 12-of-15 from the free-throw line.
Jesus Sanchez
Sanchez averaged 26 points in a pair of games this week. The junior nailed a game-tying jumper with less than a minute left in a 73-71 win over Elms, then added another 26 points in a loss to Salem State. He shot 52 percent from the floor and 71 percent from 3-point range, and 94 percent from the foul line. Sanchez averaged 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game.
Josh Berard
Berard scored 60 points to break the school and American Southwest Conference record for most points in a game in the Eagles' contest vs. Concordia (Texas) on Feb. 8. His 60 points are the most of any NCAA player at any level this season. Berard went 18-of-29 from the field and 21-of-25 from the free throw line. Berard also grabbed 11 rebounds. On Feb. 11, Berard scored 22 points and on Feb. 13 he had 15 points to average 32.3 points per game over three games. He hit 60 percent from the field during that stretch.
Tyheim Monroe
Monroe posted his 21st and 22nd double-doubles to lead Cabrini to a pair of wins last week, averaging 23.5 points and 17.5 rebounds, while shooting nearly 60 percent from the field. In a 97-82 win at Rosemont, Monroe recorded his second 20-20 game of the season, recording 23 points, 21 rebounds and six assists. In Saturday's 90-74 win over Summit, Monroe added 24 points and 14 boards.
Blake Scinta
Scinta led the Colonels to a 2-0 record during the week, averaging 24.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per contest. The 6-8 senior also shot 58.8 percent (20-of-34) from the floor, 60.0 percent (3-of-5) from behind the arc and 83.3 percent (5-of-6) from the foul line. He tallied 26 points on 11-of-15 shooting to pace Centre to a 71-53 victory at Rhodes on Friday night before notching a double-double of 22 points and 10 rebounds in a 68-57 triumph at Hendrix on Sunday afternoon.
Women's
Katie McDaniels
McDaniels had 15 assists with just one turnover in a 2-0 week for the Thunder. She scored a game-high 20 points and distributed nine assists with three steals in a 73-34 victory against Millikin on Wednesday, then added 17 points with six assists and seven rebounds in a 79-49 victory at Carthage on Saturday. McDaniels shot 11-for-26 from the floor, 2-for-5 from 3-point range and 13-for-15 from the line.
LaShay Holt
Holt averaged averaging 19.7 points and 10.3 rebounds in a week where the Wildcats went 3-0, improving to 12-11 overall. That included beating UMAC leader UW-Superior, handing them just their third loss of the season, while topping St. Ben's and avending a loss to Macalester. She opened the week with a 22 point, 12 rebound performance in a 77-72 upset of UW-Superior, who was on a 16-game win streak before meeting the Wildcats.
Sydney Moss
Moss helped the top-ranked Saints remain undefeated as they posted a pair of PAC road wins last week. She averaged 26.0 points, 6.5 assists and 6.0 rebounds per game while committing just one turnover in a combined 58 minutes of game action. In Wednesday's win over Geneva, Moss finished with 27 points and five steals. On Saturday against second-place W&J, she posted her fifth double-double of the season, totaling 25 points and 10 rebounds to go along with eight assists.
TiChina Mitchell
Mitchell averaged 27.5 points in two games as the Lady Redhawks clinched their sixth straight AMCC regular season championship. Her 38 points in a 86-62 victory over Pitt-Bradford were the second most points in school history. Mitchell also averaged 8.5 rebounds while shooting 70 percent from the floor and 9-for-10 from the foul line.
Kayla Guest
Guest had career-high of 31 points, 18 rebounds and six blocked shots in the Blue Jays' lone game of the week, a 70-56 win over Mount Ida. She shot 14-of-25 and excelled in the second half, playing all 20 minutes, going 11-for-15 with 24 points and 12 rebounds. She also scored all 14 of the team's fourth-quarter points.
