Women's
Ariel Smith
Smith garnered Brooklyn's first triple-double since 2003, with 23 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in a 77-65 win over Briarcliffe. Smith, who led her team to a 3-0 week, just missed a triple double on Tuesday, as she put up 10 points, 12 boards and eight assists against Medgar Evers.

Becky Christofferson
Christofferson has the Stars off to their best start since the early 1990s at 6-1. On Saturday, she dropped a season-high 33 points in leading the Stars to a 73-68 win over Lakeland. Earlier in the week, Christofferson scored 24 as Dominican knocked off neighborhood rival, Concordia Chicago, for just the second time under coach Mike Lane. Chrisofferson shot over 66 percent from the field, going 22-of-34 in the two wins and 7-of-15 from behind the three-point stripe.

Emily Meyer
Meyer recorded her ninth and 10th career double-doubles last week, as she helped the Red Hawks improve to 2-0 in conference play for the third consecutive season. Her four three-pointers in Ripon's victory over Grinnell give her 78 for her career, which ranks sixth on Ripon's career list.

Emma Purfeerst
Purfeerst averaged 15.5 points, 11.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 2.0 steals for the week. She twice notched double-doubles as Carleton recorded a pair of victories during the first week of MIAC action. She tallied 18 points and 12 rebounds in a 71-65 road win at Hamline on Wednesday. In Saturday's home opener, she notched her third double-double of the campaign with 13 points and 10 rebounds as the Knights defeated Augsburg 77-67.

Nijah Townsend
Townsend posted 22 points and 10 rebounds in a 65-52 loss to Keuka then helped Morrisville State pick up wins against St. Elizabeth and Wilson. Nijah went for 23 points and nine rebounds while shooting 10-for-17 from the floor and 3-for-4 from the line in a 80-65 win against St. Elizabeth. She followed that up the next day with 14 points, 17 rebounds and 2 steals while playing the entire 40 minutes of a 59-54 win against Wilson.

Men's
Jontae Koonkaew
Koonkaew led the Falcons in the team's 73-60 win over No. 1 ranked UW-Stevens Point on Saturday. He scored 20 points, shooting 8-for-14 from the field, including 1-for-2 from three-point range. He was a perfect 3-3 at the line. Koonkaew led the team with four assists and had three rebounds, one block and one steal with no turnovers. In 28 minutes of action the point guard did not commit a turnover. In two WIAC games Koonkaew scored 29, shooting 11-for-24 (.458) from the field, 2-for-3 from behind the arc. He was 5-for-5 at the line.

Ian Jackson
Jackson scored 54 points in two games last week as the Thunder ran their winning streak to six. He scored 21 in leading Trine to a 71-70 win against Ohio Northern, then came back with 33 points and six rebounds in an 83-74 win at North Park. Jackson made 21-of-36 shots from the field (58 percent), was 4-of-8 on 3-pointers and 8-of-11 on free throws (73 percent) for the week.

Matt Johnson
Johnson scored a career-high 28 points to lead Chicago to an 83-78 upset over second-ranked and previously undefeated Illinois Wesleyan. He connected on 10 of 18 shots from the field and was 6-for-7 from the foul line to help the Maroons snap a four-game losing skid. Earlier in the week, Johnson scored a team-high 16 in a 95-67 loss to No. 21 Wheaton (Ill.).

Robert Malone
Malone averaged 29.5 points and 11 rebounds while playing all 40 minutes of both games in a 2-0 week. Malone led the Regents to their first defeat of Aurora in six years with his second 30-13 game of the season. He followed that with a 28-point, nine-rebound performance against Marian.

Jonathan Jones
Jones posted three double-doubles in a 2-1 week for the Cougars, as Kean opened the NJAC season with wins against TCNJ and NJCU. In an 88-78 win vs. TCNJ, Jones scored a career-high 32 and grabbed 16 rebounds, while adding four steals and hitting 8-of-9 from the foul line. He closed out the week with 25 points and 17 rebounds, as the Cougars posted the 70-67 win on the road at NJCU. Earlier in the week, the senior forward had 28 points, 11 rebounds, three blocks and three steals in a non-conference loss (80-77) to Stevens.
