Ramapo took a 33-28 lead into halftime as Peter Gorman sank a three-pointer at the buzzer. In the second half, Kean would tie the game at 44 with a layup from DJ Alicea with 13:41 on the clock before the Cougars would overcome a seven-point lead. Ramapo led 58-51 with 9:35 on the clock on a three-pointer from Gorman before Kean would go on a 17-1 run over the next 5:44. Kean took a 68-59 lead with less than four minutes to play. Jordan Myers would score the final two baskets for Ramapo in the game while Kean added five more points for the 73-63 NJAC victory.

Mahwah, NJ: The Ramapo College men's basketball team won the 2018 NCAA Division III Sectional Championship in a thrilling 68-66 victory over the Massachusetts Institute of Technology this evening in a game played in the Bradley Center. With the win, the Roadrunners advance to the Final Four for the second time in program history. The 1991 Roadrunners finished with a 24-8 overall mark, advancing to the NCAA Final Four. The win also concludes a perfect 14-0 record for the Roadrunners at home this season.
