Sophomore center Brynne Rolland scored 18 points and the host Tommies used a game-closing 12-3 run in Saturday's home 64-56 win over St. Benedict in MIAC women's basketball play,
Amber Darge's 3-pointer with under 3:00 left erased a 53-52 Bennie lead. The game was tied 38-38 after three quarters before the Toms erupted for 26 fourth-quarter points.
Shayla Wallin added 10 points for the Purple (10-3 overall, 6-2 MIAC), who had only nine turnovers. Abby Mackenthun added eight points, seven rebounds and three assists.
