• Lakeland took the lead for good just three minutes into the game, using a 10-0 run to open an 11-3 lead in the opening quarter
• Lakeland closed the first quarter with an 18-7 advantage
• Consecutive three-pointers from Venita Parsons and D'Asia Williams to open the second cut into the deficit, bringing Benedictine within 18-13 at the 7:35 mark
• Roxanna Gaddis buried a three just before the half to bring Benedictine within 25-22
• Benedictine stayed within single digits the entire third quarter, battling within a pair on two free throws from Parsons with 5:36 left in the frame
• Parsons tied the game at 39 with a three-pointer early in the fourth
• Lakeland responded with seven straight points and used a 12-1 run to open a 51-40 lead with 2:23 left, holding on for the win
