NEW YORK – Bria Fisher posted her sixth double-double of the season with a team-high 13 points and 10 rebounds and Syreeta Williams added 10 points and 10 rebounds but Old Westbury's 42 points in the paint and CCNY's offensive struggles allowed the Panthers to sail past the City College of New York, 71-41, on Wednesday evening at Nat Holman Gymnasium.

Kendra Rivers added 12 points off of the Beavers bench and Giovanna Blanco recorded a career best four blocked shots but the Beavers fall to 3-12 on the year while the Panthers improved to 8-6 on the season.

Old Westbury came out firing from the tip-off, taking a 14-0 lead to begin the contest and finished the game 7-of-13 from three-point range to pull away from the Beavers.

The Beavers return to City University of New York Athletic Conference action on Saturday against Brooklyn College at 12:30 p.m.
