ERIE, Pa. – The Baldwin Wallace University men's basketball team defeated Penn State Behrend in a non-conference game by a final score of 88-75 in the Junker Center.

BW Leaders (4-2, 1-0 OAC)

  • Junior All-Ohio Athletic Conference guard Ray Ellington (Westlake) posted a team-high 30 points with eight rebounds
  • Junior guard Myles Reynolds (Cleveland / St. Edward) put up 19 points while notching two assists, two rebounds, and two steals

Penn State Behrend (3-3)

  • Junior forward Dolan Waldo led the way with 18 points, one block and two assists 
  • Senior guard Tommy DiRienzo scored 16 points with an assist and two blocks

First Half

  • BW outscored PSB 38-32
  • The Lions tied the Brown and Gold with five assists each
  • The Yellow Jackets won the three-pointer battle by a 7-4 margin

Second Half

  • BW outscored the Lions 50-43
  • PSB provided the most assists with four
  • The Brown and Gold made the most three-pointers with six total

BW is back in action on Saturday, Dec. 7 as it hosts Otterbein University in an OAC matchup. The game is set to begin at 3 p.m. in the Ursprung Gymnasium inside the Lou Higgins Center.
