Quotes
"You don't want to over-coach, you want to put the ball in your playmaker's hands, and today that was Nick Bates. We wanted to go inside there late to him with Barrett (Hanlon - who had the game-winning shot on Wednesday) being a little banged up. We wanted to keep them (Gulls) out of the paint; they're extremely athletic. We've been talking to Bryce (Boggs) about being that 'next guy' and when Bates gets doubled, we need Bryce stepping up and being that go to guy. We felt all along the first time through the league that we could hang with them, we were in tight games. To be able to win in adverse conditions, in back-and-forth games, I think it only gives you confidence and allows the guys to really learn how to win." - Salve Regina head coach Sean Foster
