Tijani was 7-17 from the field. Andre Porter and Adam Powell both added 13 points for GC.
The Pride got off to a hot start and led 8-2 with 17:16 left in the first half before the Eagles caught fire. They then outscored The Pride 45-26 and led 48-33 at the break.
UMW had five players score in double-digits. J.R. Gray and E.J. Willis both collected 19 points to pace the home team.
The Eagles shot 49-percent (32-65) to 41-percent for GC (29-70). From beyond the arc, UMW made nine 3-pointers to three for The Pride.
GC returns to action on Dec. 30 when Randolph College visits Hanes Gym.
