Ashley Bland has been let go as women's basketball head coach at Mount St. Joseph.
Bland, who was head coach for four years, never won more than six games in any season with the Lions. MSJ was 3-22 each of the past two seasons and was 18-81 (.182) under Bland.
Bland followed Melanee Atkinson, who posted a similar record in her four seasons. Mount St. Joseph's last winning record was under Melissia Patterson in 2004-05, when the Lions went 14-13.
Previously, Bland was head coach at Division II Flagler for three seasons. Her overall career record is 46-136.
