There are 44 conferences in Division III women's basketball and we've been tracking their performance in the NCAA tournament through a resource called the Conference Guidebook. The Guidebook lists the year-by-year NCAA tournament results for each conference for the past ten seasons. We also list each team's all-time record in the NCAA tournament and the last time they won a conference title in their current conference.

Seventeen conferences have had at least one member reach the national semifinals since 2007 and nine have produced a national champion.
The NWC has compiled the highest winning percentage in the last 10 NCAA tournaments with a 43-19 record (.694). If we remove all the games that NWC representatives played against each other, they have a 35-11 record and a .761 winning percentage.
The UAA and NWC tied for the most national finals appearances since 2007 with four each. Washington U. accounts for all of the UAA's appearances in the national championship game, but Rochester and New York University have also made the Final Four during this period. The UAA has the second highest NCAA tournament winning percentage since 2007 (.686).
The NESCAC has reached the national semifinals the most times (ten) and posted the most NCAA tournament wins (79). The NESCAC has also had the most opportunities to do so since it has received 34 bids since 2007, 24 of them at-large. The UAA has had the second most bids (31) followed by the WIAC (25).
